Refunds

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges due to wear and tear. The responsibility is on you to care for your delicate jewels. We do not replace goods if you have lost them under any circumstances. After 30 days we do not offer a refund or reimbursement due to broken clasps, snapped chain links, embellishments that may have fallen off, discoloration from normal wear etc.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.
We do not offer jewelry fixing services for gold plated jewelry.
For personal hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged. Lily jewels does not offer refunds unless your item is found to be defective.
Our jewelry is gold plated and sometimes they may have visible markings on their surface that confirm this plating process. There are no refunds/returns or exchanges due to standard manufacturing processes.
